Experience
Mr. Hasty is the Managing Partner for the firm. His daily management of the firm's operations includes expertise in the areas of foreclosure, evictions, creditor's rights, and title insurance. He oversees the firm's handling and processing of real estate foreclosures, bankruptcies, evictions, litigation, and document preparation associated with these specific functions. Prior to specializing in default services, he worked for several years in commercial title insurance and title examination. Since 1988, Mr. Hasty has managed a high volume foreclosure practice, first with the firm of Tomlinson, Dennison & Hasty, P.C., followed by management of Shapiro & Swertfeger, LLP for the past 12 years.
Mr. Hasty served for seven years on the board of Directors of The Drake House, a charitable organization providing emergency temporary housing to women with minor children in Roswell, Georgia.
