Experience
Mr. Quirk is a litigation attorney. Mr. Quirk moved to Atlanta and began his law career at Shapiro & Swertfeger, LLP (now known as Shapiro, Swertfeger & Hasty, LLP) after achieving his juris doctorate degree with honors in Ohio. He has been with the firm for fifteen years. He has experience involving nonjudicial foreclosures, FDCPA, RESPA, bankruptcy matters, and other civil litigation matters. For fourteen years, Mr. Quirk handled primarily bankruptcy matters in the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Georgia, and the U.S. District Court. He has also handled tax sale matters, evictions, and property condemnations.
